Malena Ernman-Performs LIVE in London at Escape London

Malena Ernman is today a highly renowned international opera artist with concerts in Tokyo,

Berlin, Madrid, Rome, Paris and Los Angeles. This year of course she became the winner

of Melodifestivalen 2009 with the wonderful 'La Voix'

This past weekend she had an

Opera performance at Royal Opera Hall, no less. At 7 pm on Sunday evening she found time to

perform a small gig at The Escape Club in Soho, for her new London fans.

This just shows what a wonderful artist she is during her show she performed songs from her

hugely successful No 1 CD ‘La Voix Du Nord’ that sold platinum in just six weeks. As well

as hanging around in the Swedens Top 20 now for months. Once again the wonderful scandipop

brought together this event.. The crowd certainly went wild.

Malena's 'La Voix' Dress is revealed in Stockholm

Malena's "New" Snow Queen dress for the Moscow final has been revealed in the swedish press reports today. It has been the first time the dress has been seen, it was created by designer Camilla Thulin.

A real contrast to the black dress she wore in Melodifestivalen final. This time in a White classic 1800's style with futuristic wings and 365 ostrich feathers + turkish sequins from Istanbul ! this certainly sounds like a grand classic performance in the making. Not forgetting the 5 spunky dancers with Malena, to wear short jackets of velvet & silk in the same classic style. Camilla estimates the cost of the dress alone at 400,000 Svenska Krone's. blimey!

Malena is overjoyed and said she feels like Grace Kelly in the dress. It certainly made up for her recent last minute Russian Visa delays of earlier this week.

Marlena's Moment of Victory - As she won Mf 2009 & will take Sweden to Moscow

Marlena with 'La Voix' -the song that at the end of the jury voting looked set to have a lower placing. Marlena said herself how she had packed up and was set to go home ! it was Mans 'Hope and Glory' had a clear advantage at that final stage of the final vote.

Then the public vote was added to the score board, and on this rare occasion it was the public that saved the song. The tele-vote over turned the experts and international verdict so Marlena pipped all the others to win Melodifestivalen 2009.

An excellent night of great performances and around 5 clearly winning songs which was shown in the very mixed voting at the end of a tense Final. Well done,

That is the popular audience vote during the

recent rehearsals Alcazar to win. It certainly is

set to be one of the closest Mf battles in Globen

Ever ! Even the Swedish press

& polls all show a different favourite! Nothing like

in 2007 & 2008 when we had a clear favourite.

Malene leads the Expressen Poll currently

followed by Caroline & Mans!

On the night it looks like a Marlena Alcazar & Mans

will capture the swedish public & jury. However with the new

format the International Jury is set to reveal there

results just before sweden begins voting. With a

hope this will sway the public to vote with a

Eurovision audience in mind? How will that
